1.  Make the performance like a living Novel with Captain3 the narrator character.

2.  Mix Video's with audience projects.

3.  Have transcript of each video on another page ?? or is it part of the text?? Probably text.

4.  Since Captain 3 has a lot of stories to tell I probably should stagger them throughout.

1.  BlowMeup Moe could tell fortunes by having a table with background of Moe and thean random bubble in middle for picture.  Need table to make it small than random javascript for bubble burst .gif.

2.  Have audience buy their own Bazooka bum and chew during the performance.

3.  Fine Art and Commercial Art.  With a fine artist the art or construction itself leads the artist to the end.  With commercial art the artist leads the art to it's predetermined end.  This also goes for illustration.

1.  Could use PHP for a form on the ask Rasputin a question.

2.  Could make a contemporary Navication bar across the top of the Index page.

3.  Did the estimated cost of the tee shirts, hats/caps, and bazooka gum and it is about $60.00

4.  The statue should be around 48 by 72 inches or 4 feet by 6 feet.  Could do this by gluing 2 or 3 sheets of roll paper together vertically with Elmer's permanent glue then girded off and drawn with permanent black Marker and permanent red marker.  Could for the Retro Punk X part use a fluorescent highlight marker could use the red and blue for the 3-d glasses as well as substitute the black (which is highest in contrast) with blue to make the 3-d effect.

1.  Possibility for Intro for Initial Video

"I am captain3. The world is better with me in 3-D.  I am here to show you the way into the aether world.  My magnificent machines will take us there.  To become apart of the aether world you must live the aether world.  Participate and you will escape your pathetic reality.  Live in the aether with me and the others.

1.  Doing the performance as a living performance or living novel changes things.

2.  The 3-D glasses probably should not be used throughout but does need to be used in some section so there properties can be researched and posted.  This makes it more visual art oriented.

3.  The reason for the dropping of the 3-D glasses as a major part of the performance (meaning handing them out to each audience member) is because there are so many things to hand out.  I think the Bazooka gum may be the best for the continuity as well as perhaps the Evolution Bible.

4.  The bazooka gum would be easy to hand out and follows the retro punk x concept.

5.  The evolution bibles could be reduced in size to about 3X4 inches and a hole punched in them to run a ribbon or colored string/yarn through them to hang around the neck.

6.  Preacher sermons should be heavily ant based or "anti super organism" and perhaps add the Ant poster in the Retro Punk X preacher set.

7.  On the History Channel I saw a brief reference to the magician that taught Hitler public speaking. I looked him up on Google and found Erik Jan Hanussen, also known as Herschel Steinschneider. I was amazed to find out he was extremely similar to the character Izan Knarf that I created.  It could be the aether as "to be" explained by Captain3 or it could be just that we can never create anything that has never been or ever will be.  He also fits my concept of the séance character in RetroPunkX.

8.  My concept for the performance séance person was that they could use charlatan methods but still should believe that they have contact with the aether. 

9.  In researching my Magic for the Izan Knarf performances I learned a lot about clairvoyance (mechanical magic) or (deceptive word magic) techniques.  Like code words for the assistant while telling an audience member what they have in their hand and telling fortunes by "plants" (people planted) in the waiting room or entrance line.  These could have been and probably would have been done by Erik Jan Hanussen but some of his fortune telling like the burning of the Reichstag on Feb 27, 1933 could have been a random possibility.  It also seemed like I found one reference to where he dowsed for water during WWI.  This fits with the Rasputin Performance. I could also make an Erik Jan Hanussen fortune telling site. (with Nazi Cards???)

10.  The water dowsing during WWI of Erik Jan Hanussen is the part that most fits the Captain3 aether concept. The others mostly fit tricks or use of generalized situations that can occur and therefore could occur.

11.  It is important to note that Erik Jan Hanussen was possible killed by the Nazi SS and that he would have fit the profile of someone that Joseph Goebbels would have had killed.

12.  I do find Hanussen a very interesting character and would like to include him in the performance if I can find a place.

1.  I am realizing that to do the performance as an Internet performance I need a type of organization that I have not dealt with before.  To add to that I also know that I need it before I start or I will have to start again.  One of my reoccurring themes is the super organism that I am calling at the moment "Governedmen".  In a super organism such as Ants you have three properties that are necessary to keep it going.  They are: 1) Specialization, 2) Cooperation, 3) Communication.  These seem obvious and would be easy to deal with except Retro Punk X was not created with them in mind.  However, since we are, as least in part - or heading toward, the species of Governedmen Super organism in contrast to "Man" the organism then it becomes a given and occurs without thought in all our Governedmen Super organism's works.  I have always said that "in a state of anarchy good and evil will define themselves". It is now becoming clear to me that in a Super organism, whether it be Ants or Governedmen, there is a good and evil.  The good is working toward the survival of the colony, group or super organism or whatever we may call it. The evil is the deviation from the working toward the survival of the super organism. I will now have to ponder this for awhile. Because I had always defined things as "Man" the individual species and there was no good and evil or "Good is he that survives the night and evil is he that does not".  I never really thought of Governedmen  as a super organism. I knew that Government existed and it controlled my life and that it suppressed creativity but now I know why. It is because CREATIVITY is evil in a super organism.

2.  The evolution bible part of Retro Punk X is the anti-super organism part of the performance. The song section is also. So it goes without saying that the Preacher part will be OK. The Red Queen Principle performance located at http://www.redqueenprinciple.com/   does establish the individual but it isn't included in this performance. The Marxist rally is actually a Governedmen super organism part of the performance but it doesn't take a side. It is a shock point and an Environmental Theater / Living Theater part. So I probably have to keep it but I have to look at it more closely to see what it is really doing. Captain3 is definitely the communication part of the super organism. Of course by default the Internet becomes it's own super-organism as a communicating tool. As I have said in other works the computer will almost for sure follow us as a species. I may have to rethink the séance and make it only a con without the possibility of really linking to the either. In this manner it will be the communication con of the super organism.

3.  I think when I look at the Marxist Rally it is foreshadowing the completion of the Governedmen Super organism as a species. But I still have to give it some thought because you could say that Capitalism is also a completion of the Governedmen Super organism. However, I do think (not sure at the moment) that Marxism still recognizes the individual or ultimately recognizes the individual even if he is in a super organism. Whereas, Capitalism only recognizes the specialized members of the Super organism. In doing so Capitalism also favors some at the expense of many.

4.  In any case this new turn in trying to organize the Retro Punk X performance into a functional thing is interesting.

1.  I have written script for three short video clips. The difficult one at this point has been the Retro Punk X Preacher. The other two were; a short introductory one for Captain3 on the Index page and one for the Enticer Girls.

2.  Next week I hope to get one of them filmed.

3.  I have settled on a format and have experimental pages written but not posted because they need the videos. Some things I still do not like about the format and the experimental pages. I guess I will have to work them out as I go along.

I finally made a "to do" list. It will keep me focused.

1.  Make Ant mask and finish the costume.

2.  Find ant/wasp poster.

3.  Order shirts.

4.  Order hats

5.  Get felt for experiment and ribbon from fabric store.

6.  Make MySpace page for RetroPunkX

7.  Work on printing bible

8.  Make rubber stamp designs and order.

9.  Draw (finished drawing) of "BlooMeUp Moe.

10.  Set up studio and film Captain3 intro.

The building (meaning setting up) of the video studio and an experimental Captain3 video is a separate list and involves me setting up the material that I have as well as filming the dressed Captain3 with his script. About a day or two worth of work. I have to make the studio (easily) portable because I have no place to set it up permanently in my house.
