THE SINGERFor Retro Punk X Performance
|
A lot of consideration was done in writing
these songs. I had many options and many things that I had to deal with. One
was the XXXX word. If I used it in the internet section of the performance
then it would be blocked from High Schools with blocking systems (almost all
in the US) and High School age students could not read it. Therefore, I
decided to continue to use it in the actual performance but omit it from the
text. In having to make the consideration I also had to consider the
"feelings" of people that belong to formal religion. After much
consideration I decided that my personal experience with Christianity shows
that it does far more evil than good. Since 1740 there have been at least
three preachers in my family line. Also thoughts of the "Insect Colony" kept
flashing into my mind. We are evolving toward an Insect Colony and away from
an individual in a species. Studies of Ant societies show how much closer
civilization is to the ants than to the individual thinking human. Here is a
quote from the Arizona State Research Magazine
(Internet)
“Ants are great at employing the principle of sacrificing one life for the
life of the group. A single ant’s life is not any more important than that
of the group. They act collectively as a ‘super organism.’” With a smile,
the ASU scientist adds, “Karl Marx was right; he just chose the wrong
species.”—Skip
Derra" The key here is that "A single ant's life is not any more important than that of the group." This could be all well and good but there are real problems. It eliminates the artists. It eliminates the individuals. It eliminates the free thinkers. But most of all it will eliminate the human species. Here is Jack's Law on the terminating of colonizing species, "All colonizing species are unable to adapt to a radically changing environment. All colonizing species will perish. All colonizing species must perish. There will be no exceptions." |

| While researching and considering
possibilities for a YouTube video of either the Retro Punk X preacher or the
Retro Punk X Enticer girls I realized that could change this to not have a
direct reference to any religion. I could change them and/or add ones that
refer to the Insect Colony. So here is a possibility: ANT VERSION OF PISSED ON ME sung to the tune of My country 'tis of thee (as of January 2, 2007) My country, pissed on me I am just an ant you see Land where the Indians died. Killed on every mountain-side, Let freedom ring. Our Queen of the colony, keeps leading me, In the name of liberty, With pee on me I sing; Wet is our colonizing night Darkening our freedom's light; The ants must use their might, The ants are, the Kings!

ONWARD LITTLE ANTS (as of January 2, 2007) sung to the tune of Onward Christian Soldiers Onward, little soldiers, marching as to war, with the dollar sign going on before. The dollar, the royal Master, leads against the foe; forward into battle see green bills go! Refrain: Onward, little ants, marching as to war, with the dollar sign going on before. At the sign of the dollar greed guides me; on then, little soldiers, on to victory! The poor quiver at the shout of praise; brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise. (Refrain) Like a mighty army moves the National Bank; brothers, we are treading where the poor have sank. We are not divided, all one body we, one in hope and doctrine, all for the money. (Refrain) Crowns and thrones may perish, kingdoms rise and wane, but the mighty dollar constant will remain. Gates of hell will open and the dollar will prevail; we have the dollars own promise, and that cannot fail. (Refrain) Onward then, ye ants, join our happy throng, blend with ours your voices in the triumph song. Glory, laud, and dollars unto the colony, this through the ages men and ants have sung. (Refrain)

The Insect Colony has been a re-occurring
theme in my works over the last ten years. I continue to position it in my
works because contemporary religious doctrine will not accept Evolution. In
doing so they do not see the dangers of our social system. Here are three
other works about the Insect Colony.
